Questo articolo riflette sulle modalità in cui il fenomeno dell’archiviazione di elementi culturali, essenziale per l’acquisizione di capitale turistico sul mercato globale, si trasforma nel contesto delle cosiddette aree interne. Cercherò di evidenziare come l’idea di anarchivio, nell’elaborazione offerta da The SenseLab, sia particolarmente fertile per questo tipo di aree. Accanto a questo dispositivo pratico-teorico, prenderò alcuni elementi della ricerca Global Tools, portata avanti negli anni Settanta da un gruppo di architetti e teorici che, abbandonate provocatoriamente le città, si sono rivolti alle aree rurali per configurare una pratica pedagogica che coincidesse con la vita, allontanandosi da qualsiasi idea di fruizione distaccata. In conclusione, offrirò un esempio di anarchiviazione delle aree interne: Reminescenza del collettivo Spazio Vacante. Uno spunto concreto per la creazione di un plusvalore turistico radicato nella vita che fluisce anche laddove sembra essersi fermata da tempo.

(Slipping through the net. Inland Areas, Anarchive, and Radical Pedagogies for an Aesthetics of Touristic Capital).

This article reflects on the ways in which the phenomenon of archiving cultural elements, which is essential for the acquisition of touristic capital in the global market, is transformed in the context of so-called inland areas. I will try to highlight how the idea of the anarchive, in the elaboration offered by The SenseLab, is particularly fertile for these kinds of areas. Alongside this practical-theoretical device, I will take some elements of the Global Tools research, carried out in the 1970s by a group of architects and theorists who, provocatively abandoning cities, turned to rural areas to configure a pedagogical practice that coincided with life, moving away from any idea of detached fruition. In conclusion, I will offer an example of the anarchiviation of inland areas: Reminescenza by the collective Spazio Vacante. A concrete cue for the creation of tourist surplus value rooted in the life that flows even where it seems to have stopped long ago.
